Lustre Labs operates from Nii Kotey Baale Avenue, Accra, Ghana. We offer personal care products and fitness sessions for individual and corporate clients.

2. Eligibility & KYC Compliance

In accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, we may request verification details (such as name, contact, and payment information) to confirm customer identity and prevent fraud. All data is handled securely in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected or products are unavailable.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and may change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock.

5. Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery:

• Accra: 1–2 business days
• Other regions: 3–5 business days

Once shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (if applicable).

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns are not accepted unless a latent defect is reported within 3 days of delivery. Approved cases will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, branding, and materials, belongs to Lustre Labs and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.

8. Liability

Lustre Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
